TSteel® sheets are colored through a PVD derivate process (Physical Vapour Deposition). This process allows to obtain a wide range of colors and this is why those products are really suitable for high aesthetic applications.
The main qualities of this process are:
– High surface hardness
– Reproducibility and color and surfaces stability
– Atoxicity, hypoallergenicity and biocompatibility
– High resistance to damage, rubbing and corrosion
– UV rays resistance
– Resistance to alkali and household cleaners
– Ecological technology
Several tests made on our finishes in AISI 316 have shown that our products are unaltered after 1000 hour exposure to salty mist and 750 hours of UV ray exposition.
