Steel Color wins the MDO MONTECARLO PRIZE award, category: art and design interaction

Steel Color, which is the only Italian company specialized in colored stainless steel and special metal finishes, has been selected to take part to the first edition of MDO MONTECARLO PRIZE 2019, the international award that involves 154 prestigious companies in the field of manufacturing and design in the whole world.
The prize aims to reward the companies that stood out for innovation, technology, design and sustainability.
The jury, composed by Mario BOTTA (Switzerland), Cesare CASATI (Italy), Richard ENGLAND (Malta), Patrice PASTOR (Monaco), Nicolas ROCHE (France) e Jean-Michel WILMOTTE (France) met at Méridien Beach Plaza in Monaco on 29th November 2019 to evaluate the companies’ innovative projects, and it created a 54 finalist list of companies, among which also Steel Color .
The prize ceremony took place on Thursday 23rd January 2020 at Montecarlo Yacht Club under the high patronage of SAS the Prince Albert II of Monaco, MDO MONTECARLO PRIZE 2019 and sponsored by SAM MDO, in collaboration with “l’Arca International” magazine .
Steel Color wins the MDO MONTECARLO PRIZE award for the category “art and design interaction” with the Tsteel Waves finishing in the Blue, Gold and Black titanium (PVD) coloration.
Tsteel Waves is a finish created on stainless steel and it’s obtained through a sheet-shaping process that gives a 3D effect and resembles a wavelike motion. The sheet can be colored and customized .
This prize ranks Steel Color among the best companies of the world.
